Hola de nuevo! My second post of the day!

Well today I took out time to play with polish!

Since I loved the look of my last mani.  I wanted to try another bright color on Sinful Colors Slate.  This time I tried Sally Hansen Insta-dri in Blue By!  Did I tell you that Sally Hansen Insta-dri's are great for stamping? They are! You can purchased them anywhere in the States & Puerto Rico.  You can also find good deals on them plus if you add on coupons you can score a better deal.  I sometimes get them free, after coupons & sales of course.  Well back to my post... I almost lost my train of thought...lol...  I used Red angel plate 114 for this mani:

I posted it on Instagram and the lovely @joslynleigh commented that it look like Transformer nails.  I immediately got a idea!! I told myself... "Hey I got a plate with the Transformers on it."  Here it is below:



As you see it has the Autobots & Decepticons image on it.  I wanted to stamp the autobot image but  my nails are too short (poor nubbins) so I went for the Decepticons.  I purchase this stamping plate a long time ago.  I don't exactly remember where I bought it from, but you can find it on Ebay or here.  Mines came damage as you see above.  It has a deep scratch on the words Transformer.  I didn't notice it until I removed the protective plastic covering.  Oh well.  Here is my Decepticon Mani:

Pink Triangle over Gray nails using Pueen Stamping Plate 20

Hola!!

Today I was looking thru my stash and found Sinful Colors Slate and realized that I hadn't used it.  Such a beautiful shimmering gray color.  If you look very closely you can see some purple and blue sparkle in it, but it isn't very noticeable on the nail. 

I wanted to try so of my untried plates.  I picked out Pueen 20.  I just love Pueen plates.  You can buy them here , here or here.  I was looking for a color to stamp on it.  I wanted something different and found Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Fast Fuchsia.  I was amazed on how much this color just pop on the nail!  I really like the combo how about you?

Ikea Helmer Drawer Unit

Hola!
Yay! I can finally start blogging again! I have a new computer.  My old laptop suffered an accident.  Its actually was my fault I left my laptop unattended on the kitchen counter and my son accidently trip over the electrical cord.  The screen was partially damage.  Glad to be back!

Today I will blog about The Ikea Helmer Drawer Unit:

I finally got my hands on not one but two Helmers!!  Ikea opened a small showcase area called "El Punto de Ikea Bayamon"  in the city of Bayamon.  Its not like your typical Ikea.  There is nothing  available there to buy, you must order online and pick up later.  I am not fond of that type of concept.  I was hoping for a Ikea like the one In Orlando, Fl., but Enough ranting. 

I heard so much about these little drawers on Instagram & youtube for a long time.  I heard they are great for storing makeup and nail polish!  I wanted them for the longest and finally I got to purchase them!  I need a place to store my nail polish collection, a secret place that no one could see them! lol Just so you know, not many people know about my addition!  I really love these drawers! Its amazing how much polishes can be stored in each drawer.

Here is an estimate on how many polishes per brand can fit in each drawer:

1.  China Glaze= 75
2.  Orly=77
3.  Finger Paints= 66
4.  OPI=  66
5.  Zoya= 72
6.  Color Club=72
7.  Essie= 104
8.  Revlon Top Speed= 66
9. Bettinas= 77
10.  Sinful Colors= 77

Now the downside to this drawer is that it doesn't have that lock mechanism that holds drawers in place so when you pull on the drawer out it doesn't come out completely.  You must be very careful if you pull too hard you will pull out drawer and your polishes will fall.  It would result in tragedy!

Winnie The Pooh Nails: Stamping plate QA3

Hola!

Tonight I posted on my Instagram a Winnie The Pooh Mani!  I used stamping plate QA3.  This plate has cute Winnie The Pooh designs on them.  I purchased this plate a long time and never used it until tonight.  Today I received some more new Krafty Gurl Polishes and as soon as I saw Sassy Steeler (a beautiful golden yellow and black glitter polish) it inspired me to use this stamping plate.  You can find this stamping plate online.  Try searching on Amazon or Ebay.  Here is the plate:

4.  Stamping color:  Rimmel Black Satin

5.  Dotting Tools to fill in Winnie the Pooh Shirt and Dot his flower.

6.  Sally Hansen Cherry Red for his shirt

7.  For the Flower I used China Glaze Peachy Keen & China Glaze Pink-ie Promise.

5.  Seche Vite top coat

Pueen Plates 2013 Love Elements

Hola!

When I heard that Pueen Cosmetics where going to launch new stamping plates I was very excited! I knew that I just had to have them.  I have their first Collection Pueen 2013 Sumptuous Gallery and love them.  The majority are all full nail designs which I personally love!   The first Collection has 25 plates but this one has 24 plates.  Each plate measures about 1.8" (5.5 cm in diameter).  Also all Pueen Stamping plates now come with a cute little case for easy storage and great size to carry with you!  The Case is sturdy and comes in different colors.  The plastic sleeves are flimsy, but they do serve their purpose. I wish my first set of Pueen included the small case, but at the time I purchased them they did not include it. Here is the pic of the case:

 

You can purchase these plates on Pueen Cosmetics site , Amazon here, or Ebay here .  These plates are beautiful.  They are well etched and have a protective backing.  If Pueen continues to make more collections I will continue to buy them! Krafty Gurl Designs Nail Polishes

Hola!

I purchase these beauties from @kraftygurldesigns I found her on Instagram. She creates beautiful Indie Glitter polishes.  You can purchase her nail polishes from her Etsy Store here.    I purchase two and she sent me a free mini.  That was so kind of her! Thank you!

I love them all!  They are so fun!  Application was a breeze.  No picking and placing glitter.   You get a lot of glitters on the nail with one swipe of the brush! I have other indies & glitter polishes which I have had to fish out glitters, but it was not the case with these beauties!  Here are the three swatched:
